MEET SABINE TEMPLETON
WATCH VIDEO: Sabine Templeton is new to the Wild Earth Team as a Wild Earth Leader, Trip Designer and Customer Relations. Her background is in marine science and conservation. Marine life ecology is Sabine's area of expertise; she will guide and interpret the marine world in the water and give marine life presentations to help you identify fish and understand some of their unique behaviour.

TRIP POSTCARD
2022 Azores Postcard
Our Wild Earth Explorers adventured through the magical lush green islands of the Azores archipelago, situated in the middle of the Atlantic. We enjoyed scenic hikes and bike rides throughout the volcanic landscapes and forests filled with flowering hydrangeas and dipped our bodies in crystal-clear rock pools skirting rugged coastlines. From aboard our private catamaran, we sliced through the ocean and soaked in the shimmering sea. We made magical memories as pods of dolphins escorted us out into the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Adrenaline rose higher than the tallest peak in Portugal as we intimately swam with six sleek Blue sharks hovering over the Azores Bank. We climbed above the clouds, descending into craters and dropping down onto all fours to summit Mount Pico to behold panoramic views. We experienced the bounty of the sea as the water boiled with hundreds of dolphins, often disrupting the blanket of shearwaters floating on the glistening surface where whales rested.
